I’ve been a client for more than 2 years and I never had a bad experience. Sophie, the receptionist is a sweetheart. She is always polite, helpful and resolves any issues I have gracefully and with a smile. My favourite masseuse is Lin, she is very professional, knowledgeable and attentive. To give you an example why I like her so much: I casually mentioned that I had sprained my ankle years ago and she did ankle stretches for me during my subsequent visits. She also helped me with my chronic headaches by relaxing my neck muscles and teaching me how to stretch my neck at home. Both Lin and Sophie make my visits very special.
